Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–8 business days.
This is the time it takes to create and prepare your item before it ships.
During busy periods (holidays, sales, or new launches), processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Time
Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery times are:
- U.S. Orders: 3–7 business days
- International Orders: 7–21 business days (varies by location)
Total Delivery Time
Please allow approximately 5–12 business days for delivery within the U.S.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Delays
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Ellie Bell & Co. is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Postal carriers
- Weather conditions
- Customs processing (for international orders)
Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
