At Ellie Bell & Co., each item is made to order just for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges at this time.
We use print-on-demand production, which allows us to create thoughtfully and reduce overproduction—but it also means we’re unable to restock or resell returned items.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ve got you.
Please email us at hello@elliebellco.com within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the item
- A brief description of the issue
We’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.

Order Changes & Cancellations
Because orders are processed quickly, we’re unable to guarantee changes or cancellations once an order is placed.

Custom or personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
